TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to private consumers’ purchase of goods in ONE A’s webshop.
Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any products from our site.
Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these Terms. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to order any Products from our site.

Purchase agreements are contracted in English and are legally binding when you receive an order confirmation.
We accept payment with Visa and international credit cards. We do not charge any credit card fees.
Each time you order a product through onea.dk, we will send an order confirmation to you as a customer, after which your order will be packed and shipped. Contains your Made to order items, these will be sent as soon as possible after we receive them in stock. The money will be withdrawn immediately after ordering and the expected delivery time will be shown on the product page. If your order contains only items that are in stock at onea.dk, the money will first be deducted from your payment card when the order has been shipped.

The prices at https://onea.dk/ include 25% VAT.
When you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation shortly after by e-mail. The purpose of this receipt is solely to give you transparency and documentation for receiving your order and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. A purchase agreement is finalized when the completion of the order is confirmed in another e-mail (order confirmation). We keep the receipts and order confirmation (purchase agreements) to administrate your order efficiently.
DELIVERY TIME AND FREIGHT
We process your order as quickly as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in Denmark within 1-3 business days, depending on stock. All customers paying by credit card, will, however, be subject to validation controls and ONE A reserves the right to delay any order if we consider further security control is necessary. When your order is shipped, we will e-mail you the tracking number of the package.
ONE A only delivers to countries within the EU.
If delays occur with the carrier service, this will delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. ONE A cannot be held responsible for delays with the carrier service.
PLEASE NOTE: In case the delivery appears damaged, we ask you to receive with reservation. If the contents are damaged, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
Private persons have the right to cancel within 14 days.
The cancellation deadline shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, have or has taken possession of the goods.
If the deadline expires on a national holiday, Saturday, Sunday, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Day, the deadline is extended to the following business day.
HOW TO MAKE USE OF YOUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You can cancel the order by noticing us thereof. Please contact us via e-mail or telephone letting us know that you want to return:

RETURN OF GOODS TO ONE A
If you wish to return a ONE A product, you must contact email@example.com, whereupon you will receive a return label.
Print the return label and secure the label to the package. Please make sure that the barcode and the corresponding information are readable.
You must return the goods to us without unnecessary delay.
Upon return, you are responsible for wrapping the goods securely. You hold the risk of the goods as of delivery.
You are required to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it is received, which is also applicable to the packaging and information label on the item.
Products returned in unopened packaging are credited either fully or partly at ONE A’s sole discretion. Products returned in opened packaging are credited against a reduction of 25% of the sales price. Products returned without packaging are not credited.
If you purchase goods that have a defect the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
You can make your claim within 24 months from times of delivery by contacting us at Hyldvej 1A, 6092 Sdr. Stenderup, firstname.lastname@example.org or +45 7550 3205. You must, however, always make your claim within “reasonable time” upon discovering the defect. We recommend that you file your complaint as soon as possible.

Where are you to, as detailed as possible, describe the problem. If your complaint is legitimate, we will refund reasonable freight costs. If the claim is not valid, you will pay the delivery costs yourself, as well as the cost of re-delivery to you.
Remember that the goods always must be sent in secure packaging and to get a receipt of mailing. Save this receipt including information on freight cost, as well as any track and trace number.

ONE A may at any time change the content of this site.
ONE A cannot be held responsible for any damages caused as a result of using the site or for that matter lacking access to the website.
